Font Vella has been collaborating in the prevention of breast cancer for over 10 years and wanted to make a qualitative leap both in the visibility of its collaboration and in its impact within society. And to do so, we based ourselves on a scientific fact: 30 minutes of exercise a day reduces the chances of suffering from cancer by 30%. We already had a clear objective, to get as many women as possible to do 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day. How? By camouflaging ourselves in their lives so that they would do it without realising. This is how the Muévete Fest was born, a music and dance festival to prevent breast cancer.
